Porters Lake Taekwondo Parents Association Travel Policy
1.0 Local Travel Coaching Expenses
While traveling to local overnight tournaments in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI athletes shall be responsible to cover lodging expenses of the traveling coaches. The expenses shall be divided equally between all traveling families and not based on the number of athletes competing. This policy has been developed to encourage all families to participate while not putting any undo extra burden on those with multiple participants by keeping lower cost of entry.
2.0 National and International Travel Coaching Expenses
While traveling to national and international tournaments all coaching fees, flights, transportation, registration fees and license fees shall be equally divided by all athletes. All coaching expenses shall be reimbursed prior to athlete expenses being reimbursed.
3.0 Travel Code of Conduct
All athletes, Parents and Guardians while traveling shall represent “White’s Taekwondo” in a respectful and professional manner. Refer to the PLTPA Code of Conduct for more details.
